Experienced Project Assistant or Junior Engineer for a 3-year position in Global Project Governance

Project Governance is a Corporate Staff Function. We are a team of 12 experienced professionals, and we work out of NNE Pharmaplan’s headquarter in Gentofte, but are on a daily basis in contact with our global organization. Global Project Governance is responsible for the Smarter Execution platform (QMS and OM/OW), the three boards (QM, E and PM boards), all disciplinary and technology COIs, audits, PM and EM Competence Upgrade courses, portfolio management and project support (Bid Strategy- and Proposal review’s and Project Steering Committee support). Your job Your job will be supporting the Project Governance owned systems and methods and the global network organisations as described above. More specific the task includes: ? Project Governance assistance incl. administrative tasks ? QMS support ? Our Model / Our Wiki: •Correcting and uploading articles •Handling templates, specifications and examples in Documentum •Make sure everything is according to NP’s standards ? COI support •Handling Suggestions (the simple ones) •Support feedback platform, handling feedback mail, keep track of timely reply •Solve issues and support COI chairmen globally •COI’s homepage compliance with COI overviews •Support SME appointing and mapping SMEs •Keep records for COI funding We see the job as an internal 3-year rotation and career opportunity that gives you deep knowledge about our global organization, our methods and systems and what it takes to succeed. Qualifications You could have an administrative background, could be technician, or you could hold a degree in engineering. It is not an absolute requirement, but we prefer for you to have experience with project execution. You work effectively, keep your promises and learn from your mistakes. You have a global mindset and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. As you will be interacting with many people, good communication skills, willingness to tackle challenges and an open personality are required. You are flexible, a fast-learner, have a global mindset and are open to changes. You are interested in knowing more about PM, EM and QM procedures. You like to broaden your competences, and you are able to understand the needs of our organization, our projects and our customers. You have personal drive, a positive mindset and a good sense of humor and furthermore, you like to be structured in your work.
