We are responsible for the development of medical devices for self-treatment supporting all business areas of Novo Nordisk. To learn more about Device R&D, please visit link: http://www.novonordisk.com/device-rd You will join an international development team of highly skilled system and test engineers and become a member of the systems engineering support team, supporting the device innovation and development projects. The position You will play a crucial role for the general safety risk process in Device R&D: you will ensure the optimal risk management process within Device R&D development projects by developing, managing, and optimising the general processes and tools for safety risk analysis. Furthermore, you will train and facilitate your colleagues in the device project topics, review risk related work of the device projects and ensure internal alignment with other relevant stakeholders in and outside the department. You will be given a broad range of responsibilities and experience a variety of tasks, working with stakeholders at all levels. The job will enhance your professional and personal development, providing you with an opportunity to further develop your skills within specialist expertise and project management. Qualifications You hold an academic degree within engineering with at least three years of experience within risk management and systems engineering preferably from pharma or a comparable industry where quality, safety and regulatory compliance are vital to succeed. On a personal level you are self-motivated, ambitious, and result-oriented. You are good at collaborating in teams as well as with stakeholders at all levels: you have the ability to work independently and focused, working towards suggestion for crucial decision making. You have coordination and facilitation skills, in order to drive the safety risk process and the related activities in projects and the team. Further, you bring the ability to analyse and understand complex structures and systems, in order to analyse and review product design of device projects.
