In both positions, you will take part in both the planning and practical implementation of test-related tasks. You understand technology and can see the correlations in problems that arise – and are able to ensure the required improvements are implemented. There is a need for a strong technical basis for testing, as well as motivation for both software testing and test management. We work in an agile environment, which have both impact and requirements to your work. Your tasks are solved throughout the entire development process, in collaboration with the development team you are part of. As a tester you will: •Work in scrum teams with developers •Design manual and automatic tests •Continuously manage tests throughout the development process •Prepare test documentation •Participate in the planning and execution of system tests •Perform test activities Depending on your profile, you will be responsible for all test-related activities, plans and reports, either from the start or in line with the development of your test management competence. As a test manager you will: •Prepare test strategy, test plans and reports •Perform risk analyses of the solution, taking into account both requirements and needs in relation to the commercial and user-related values •Be responsible for performing internal system and acceptance tests, as well as acceptance tests at the customer. •Coordinate tests with internal and external stakeholders, including the customer •Continuously report the status of tests to project management and the customer If you do not have test management competences, we will support the development of your talents, building on the experience and testing skills that you already have. Your skills and personality You have a technical educational background, such as engineer or information technologist. But most importantly you have the ability to understand, analyse and communicate technically complex solutions. In addition, the following qualifications are important: •Experience in software testing and working on software development projects •Experience with testing tools, techniques and automation •TMAP certification and/or ISTQB or ISEB certification •Ideally, you should also have experience of Java and/or other programming languages •Finally, you are fluent in both Danish and English and if you have experience working in distributed teams – please also state this You are pro-active and development-orientated and focus on improvements and high-quality products. You are outgoing and understand how to communicate and build relations in close collaboration with customers, developers and testers, which also under pins your abilities as a team player. You like to take lead and can keep an overview of the situation, while dealing with several tasks at the same time and pushing through the changes that you feel are necessary in your daily work.
