Process Automation is looking for an ambitious full-time employee that can be responsible for our SOA governance process. You will be part of a team that supports IT Retail Banking projects and domains in doing SOA service development. Most of the work will be governing, interviewing, verifying and supporting projects and domains in their SOA service development work. The position we offer Your main responsibility will be to secure that the projects understands and adheres to the SOA development instructions and guidelines provided by Process Automation and GIT. You will also be responsible for documenting the status of the projects under governance and at any time be able to give an accurate status. We offer you the needed training and the opportunity to be part of further developing Process Automation in its efforts to create ‘One Nordea Team’ by communicating standardised ways of doing SOA IT development in IT Retail Banking. You will have the possibility to learn about SOA from a very dedicated team that believes in standards and common ways of working will bring ‘Great Customer Experiences’ to our end users. Process Automation is a Nordic sub-unit within IT Retail Banking, Core Banking Solutions. The sub-unit is responsible for support, integration and development of the common Nordea SOA services delivered by the projects and domains. We also offer support of the used Oracle products in the SOA architecture. We are today 6 employees in Denmark, 1 in Sweden and 1 in Finland. We have 2 EDC teams to support us, one team in Pune with 7 employees and one team in Bangalore with 2 employees. So you get an opportunity to work in a truly global team. The qualifications you need The attitude to enforce the decided rules and instructions and be consistent in your approach towards the projects and domains are important. Knowledge in all phases of software development lifecycle is a must.The interest of working with 3rd party products is also important. Knowledge of SOA principles will be a strength. Understanding of Change, Incident and Problem management is good to have. You will be successful in this position when you are able to provide the right support at the right time, are service oriented, a team player, willing to learn, result and delivery driven, open minded, persistent and on a professional level in English.
