We are looking for highly dedicated developer who would like to be the lead developer in the agile team with a focus on leading and guiding other developers in delivering the best solutions in the largest system used inside Nordea. This is an opportunity for you to be a part of the journey bringing Nordea towards the new digital way of work in banking and to work within a high profile and demanding area where you will work with both technical and soft aspects of the development. You will be responsible for development tasks on digital stack, encompassing both front-end functionality along with Integration and/or middleware development in an agile team. Moreover, you will have an important role in brigding between the infrasture and the demands together with the IT - acting as mentor for team of developers. Machine learning, robotics, cloud computing. The offer

You’ll join Software Development / Frontend Development unit where CMS is a common Nordic business critical application with approx. 25.000 users is supported and maintained by the team

What you'll be doing:  

  • Be able to drive the Client group Implemening new tools
  • Assist other developers by developngi and maintaining the CMS application based on the prioritised features
  • Be a part of the refining process of new features coming in for future PI’s
  • Be a part of the work related to our releases (preparing and monitoring releases) -analyse tasks together with architects and analysts for future development

The role is based in Copenhagen / Zealand. Welcome to a highly engaged team with a high level of supporting and maintaining the most used application inside Nordea.

Your profile and background:  

  • Good knowledge of Swing Java – (1.8.)
  • Professional knowledge of GIT Web Services CREST Services
  • Good SoapUI Bamboo Architecture/ Technical overview
  • Software engineering on professional level Business knowledge
  • Enterprice/ IT solution architecture on basic level
  • Deliver according to quality, Nordea standards and timeliness to fulfil business requirements Analysis
  • Design, code, document and test applications to fulfil business and IT requirements, with regards to functional and non-functional requirements in order to ensure robustness and IT operational stability
  • Improve code quality and flexibility to ensure maintainability and changeability of systems
  • Outgoing person with a strong agile mind set Independent but still a Team Player
