Export NPD (New Product Development) Coordinator to Export, License & Duty Free, Carlsberg Breweries A/S Export, License & Duty Free (ExLiD) is looking for a dynamic, structured and productive Export NPD Coordinator to our Customer Service & Sourcing department. ExLiD is responsible for export and license business in all markets where Carlsberg does not have a brewery. Together with local license and import partners, we manage approximately 10 million HL in 100 markets globally and manage a wide portfolio of beer and non-alcoholic beverage brands. As Export NPD Coordinator you will own our total export product portfolio – responsible for maintaining accurate product data on our entire export portfolio both in SAP and supplementary databases used within ExLiD by Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and other colleagues. You will drive the introduction of new products or modifications of existing products with our commercial team and the local production site. You will manage our total export portfolio for efficiency by analysing SKU optimisation opportunities, product de-listings and process improvements. You will be part of the Customer Service & Sourcing team based in Copenhagen and you will report to the Export Supply Chain Manager. In this job you can expect to travel approx. 5 days per year. Key Responsibilities: •Drive creation of new SKUs / modification of current SKUs – including development of new artwork and coordination with design agency, supplier and internal stakeholders •Manage and coordinate supplier information on our portfolio (ie, minimum production sizes, leadtimes, etc.) and act as single point of contact to Sales & Marketing colleagues regarding supplier information •Ongoing portfolio management – including analysis of sales and gross profit per SKU •Create and maintain material master data in ERP and other IT solutions, including ExLiD specific databases •Master data trouble shooting and quality control •Work together with suppliers to align product master data •Participate in internal / external projects to improve our processes and systems regarding portfolio/material master data What we are looking for: Is a person who is organized, structured and very detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize under pressure and follow through on multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
