Export Specialist to Export, License & Duty Free, Carlsberg Breweries A/S Carlsberg Breweries is looking for a dynamic Export Specialist, with strong business understanding for our Customer Service Team in Export, License and Duty Free (ExLiD). Export, License & Duty Free (ExLiD) is the company in Carlsberg Group responsible for export and license business in all markets where Carlsberg does not have a brewery. Together with local license and import partners, we sell approximately 10 mill. HL in 100 markets globally. An ambitious growth strategy, a steady performance and a strong portfolio of alcoholic and non alcoholic brands are making ExLiD an important player within the Carlsberg Group. As Export Specialist you will have direct relationship with customers and be key driver to ensure high customer satisfaction and an efficient and competent order handling. You thrive on handling many points of contact and constant varied tasks while your ability to co-operate, be proactive and get the job done is constantly challenged. You will be part of a highly skilled and committed customer service & sourcing team. In this role you will be responsible for: •Customer management - provide excellent customer support and be recognized by the customers as consistently meeting customer service expectations •Order management - manage all facets of export order process including order registration, invoicing, logistical processes, quality and documentation required •Coordination with production planning/logistics and export employees in various European production plants on all daily operations and internal coordination with commercial teams on terms of trade and market requirements •Actively participate in development and implementation of new tools and process optimisations to ensure supplies to customers on time •Consistently achieve target criteria for Perfect Order measurement, (complete, on time, in good quality and with perfect documentation and billing documents) We are looking for a candidate who: •has a relevant education such as a bachelor degree in international business or a mastery in shipping and preferable experience within international sales or shipping •has strong English communications skills in both written and verbal forms 1 – 2 other languages will be an advantage •has IT- experience with MS Office and SAP R3 •is positive and service minded with strong understanding of export customer requirements •is well organized and capable of having many things going at the same time •is a strong team player with the ability to work effectively with people across functions and levels, cultures and geographies We offer you a challenging job with competent and committed colleagues in an informal and international working environment, where your professional services are the key for the continuous and successful development of the ExLiD export business.
