About the position

For our Fabrication Management department, we are looking for strong Fabrication Manager who want to be part of high performing project teams in a dynamic working environment. You will be managing the interface toward all project suppliers, internally as well as externally, and reporting directly to the WTG package manager.

The PM organization is a matrix organization which mean that you will primarily be working in a project environment but supported by the line organization.

What are my responsibilities?

Manage all sub-supplier interfaces and ensure timely delivery within quality and budget.
Drive the fabrication scope in the project phase and ensure deliveries and milestones are meet.
Drive and implement project requirements towards suppliers in corporation with internal supply chain.
Prepare audits and surveillance with 3rd party certifier and end customer.
Coordinate across projects to ensure alignment on deliveries to pre-assembly and installation sites.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

You hold a BSc or MSc in Mechanical, construction, manufacturing or off-shore engineering.
You have experience in project management, preferably from the wind industry.
As a person you are proactive with a detail and process-oriented mindset.
You like to work in a complex international environment having excellent English skill both orally and in writing
You are extrovert and like to work with many stakeholders internally as well as externally.

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
