- Production - Denmark - Hillerød The number of people with diabetes is increasing dramatically. Therefore, Novo Nordisk has initiated an exciting project to investigate the possibilities to expand the insulin filling capacity in Hillerød. The project will have a high degree of complexity with lots of cross organizational and global cooperation. To succeed with this ambitious project we need people with a pioneer spirit who like to build something completely new, that have high engagement and that thrive in a constant changing environment. About the department The production department in the project is responsible for purchasing, implementing, validating and manning the production equipment and processes for the new facility. The production department will have 4 teams: Wash & Sterilization, Formulation, Filling and Inspection. The Filling area consist of 4 people in the beginning - growing to around 145 people in 2019. The job You will become Filling Technician in the project, where you will collaborate with the Filling team’s engineers, chemists, mechanics and consultants, contributing with your operatively perspective and insight, securing that we have the operating handling in mind. Main responsibilities is to ensure and participate in the qualification of the filling lines including completing validation protocols, reports and solving of NC´s related to the process validation during FAT at the vendors site during Q3/Q4 2016. You will have an important role in the preparation and development of technical instructions/SOP´s and maintenance management plans which we will work with and follow strictly, when the production in our new filling facility begins. You will also participate in the of the filling lines When the project is finished and we start the production, you will work in different shifts as the plant will be running 24/7/365 and you will be an important part of the process support team. Here you can make a huge difference due to your knowledge of the equipment and processes, which you have acquired during the project phase, and you will also have important responsibilities within the training of your new colleagues, mainly operators and skilled workers. Expect 12-14 weeks of travelling and working abroad at vendor sites during the first year of the project. Qualifications You have an educational background within the technical area like like skilled work with additional technical education with in automation, cooling or similar – otherwise you have acquired skills through job experience that is equivalent to such an education. We expect that you have experience and knowledge of aseptic production in the pharmaceutical industry. It is an advantage if you have worked in cleanrooms and have knowledge of GMP. It is crucial that you are good at working across boundaries, and collaborate with colleagues in a newly started team. It is vital that you are able to network, collaborate and work at a high professional level, both internally and externally. You are expected to work both independently and in teams to ensure buy-in from key stakeholders. As you will be part of the team starting up this area, in our project, you can look forward to working with a highly dedicated project team. You enjoy interacting with different people during your workday, and you are good at establishing close relations to different stakeholders. You manage to keep your cool when juggling many tasks, which you always deliver in time. You are a social and positive type of person and you work in a proactive and solution oriented manner.
