Our Global Finance Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with comprehensive knowledge of the Novo Nordisk finance operation and a solid understanding of the underlying business. This prepares you for a career as Finance Manager or Professional either in Denmark or abroad. During the programme you will develop skills within areas such as financial planning and analysis, project management, management accounting and tax, risk management and other core finance skills. You will develop through a steep learning curve during your rotations, access to senior mentors and training. While you could be based in Denmark, your broad network and international experience from the programme will provide global career opportunities. What we look for To join the programme you must have a master’s degree in a relevant subject, for example within Finance, Management Accounting, Economics or International Business, and have finished at the top of your class. You should have no more than 1 year of work experience since finishing your studies.
