Unique opportunity as Finance Business Partner A position as Finance Business Partner to our Supply Operation leaders worldwide gives you a possibility to extend your skills, enjoy a steep learning curve, and develop a strong network within our global organization. You will be part of a very ambitious and highly skilled group of finance professionals. The position offers the opportunity to get in depth business and finance knowledge and understanding of a number of functions within Supply Operations. Furthermore, you will have a central role in working on key business cases related to Novozymes major capital investments, which have high attention from top management. In short in this position, you will have the ability to influence business decisions with high-value analysis, insights, new perspectives and recommendations. Qualifications • M.Sc. in business, finance or economics. • Some years of working experience within relevant areas (business finance, investment banking, consulting, auditing etc.). • Among the top students of your class and might have studied or lived abroad. • Excellent quantitative skills and strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex financial data to colleagues without financial background. • An ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and a desire to always look for opportunities to make a difference in everything you do. • A strong communicator and team player with a desire for a fast-paced learning curve, who thrive working independently in new areas. • Very comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
