Joining our Global Finance organization, you will become part of the relatively young and highly ambitious financial partner team responsible for the financial management of the R&D and Marketing organization. 

Enable financially sound decision-making across R&D and Marketing
As a partner to R&D and Marketing, you guarantee a sound economic basis for strategic cross-functional projects as well as day-to-day operations. You do so by engaging in complex financial analyses and with colleagues across the business. 

Thus, your tasks will be to:

• Provide daily financial support and advice to management teams across R&D and Marketing
• Secure optimal allocation of financial resources and manage the financial development by facilitating the budget processes, provide monthly reports and drive financial transparency
• Produce high-quality valuations for projects concerning our future product portfolio
• Participate in transformational projects across GN Hearing, e.g. building the financial foundation for our new business unit, GN FalCom
• Present outcomes and recommendations to different fora, including top management

As the ambassador for a financially sound business development, your ability to build fruitful collaborations as well as communicate with and challenge colleagues across levels and functions is crucial. Likewise, you will see that your colleagues, all the way up to top management, value your opinion and are eager to involve you in projects across the board.

Financial talent with a flair for stakeholder management 
• You have a relevant master’s degree – preferably in finance or economics
• You have 4+ years of experience from a financial role, so you have your financial toolbox and analytical skills in order
• You write and speak English fluently
• You have solid presentation skills and know how to approach different target groups to get a message across – whether you are speaking to a board of directors or an engineering colleague 
• If you have experience with business cases and valuation, it is a great plus
