Are you our new Finance Executive? We Offer As our new Finance Executive you will be part of a team of five supporting two training centres with financial services and support. The position we offer includes global exposure and a chance to work in a good working atmosphere in an ambitious company. Key Responsibilities As part of the team you will amongst other be working with: Invoice processing and verification Resolving invoicing related queries by coordinating directly with the vendors globally Vendor payments and allocation of cost Follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable Updating core data in the financial system (Navision) Maintaining necessary revenue accruals / provision of cost in the books of accounts Reconciliation of accounts Updating and maintaining management reports Communicating with various stakeholders via email, telephone etc. Salary administration Who we are looking for The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics: • Sound accounting knowledge with 3-4 years of experience in a financial role • Attention to detail and strong focus on quality • Analytical and problem solving ability for trouble shooting • Focus on meeting deadlines • Ability to function independently and in a team • Service minded with a high drive • English at business level • Experience working in Navision 2013 and Lessor Payroll • Well versed with Microsoft office applications Apply:https://jobsearch.maersk.com/vacancies/publication?PINST=005056A569991ED4AEE3F8E1C5F14B23&APPLY=X Maersk Training focuses on training to be prepared for the great powers of both nature and technology.
