Join Accounts Receivable Accounts Receivable serves as a business partner for the LEGO Organisation, providing financial advice and expertise. We make sure our partners are able to make the right decisions by providing them with credit assessments focusing on minimizing risks, and we are also responsible for timely collection of outstanding receivables. You will be based in Singapore where you will be collaborating with Treasury and the Sales Organisation. As Finance Manager Specialist, you will get a unique opportunity to help build a new function from the ground up. You will be in charge of establishing and developing the Credit Risk Support Function for Europe and you will therefore get a challenging and diverse position with great influence and responsibility. Support and serve as an advisor for the Sales Organisation Establishing the Credit Risk Support Function entails responsibility for credit assessments of both current and new customers and providing recommendations for Sales. Since you will be serving as an advisor without decision-making capabilities, it is important that you are able to establish good working relations with the involved stakeholders - including the Sales Organisation. In addition, you will be in charge of optimising and standardising our risk assessment processes, conveying best practices to the rest of the organisation. As part of this, you collaborate with your colleagues in Asia and America-Pacific. Your main challenge in this position will be to balance business opportunities and financial risks and help find and present options and solutions to the Sales Organisation. Networking Talent with credit assessment experience You have a financial degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. You have previously worked with credit assessment and you are familiar with all the processes involved. Your English is at a high level both written and spoken As a person, you are outgoing and have excellent communication skills. You thrive working with several stakeholders and you are capable of interacting with colleagues at all levels and across the organisation. At the same time, you are persistent since you will be contacting people several times to get the information you need to do your job. As such, you have strategic and political flair and can build strong working relations with Sales as well as challenge them when necessary.
