Do you want to play a vital role in controlling and analysing the financial performance results and management for the Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA) in the LEGO® Group? You will be exposed to various areas of the business and have the opportunity to influence business decisions and development. Build bridges between business and finance As Finance Manager, you are the link between business and finance, providing valuable financial expertise to the business and working as business partner towards the finance organisation. In particular, you will: - Conduct standard financial processes, such as month end reporting and monthly estimates - Strive for continuous improvement and transparency in the monthly financial reporting and analyses - Act as a strong business and financial partner towards the business e.g. forecasting financial implications of new initiatives - Join the global SMA Leadership Team - Take the financial responsibility for the SMA organisation Make a positive difference You will be based in Billund and join our global Shopper Marketing and Channel Development Finance team, which consist of 5 employees spread across 3 continents. In this position you can use your broad financial knowledge to co-pilot business development and decision making by providing valued business insight and financial expertise to the SMA organisation. Proactive and strong financial advisor You will be challenged on your ability to assume a dual role representing both the business and the finance department.
