Product Supply Finance is seeking a Finance Partner to join our Financial Planning & Analytics department. Financial Planning & Analytics is responsible for a broad range of Financial Planning, Business Controlling and Digital Finance tasks across Product Supply.
 

About the department
The right candidate will be part of an ambitious, globally oriented team who strives on delivering world class Finance Partnering, Advanced Digital Finance and Analytics solutions to our colleagues in the support functions across Product Supply as well as Product Supply Management. Our department is anchored in Bagsværd and consists of 10 employees who drive Financial Planning, Reporting, Management metrics and Advanced Analytics Processes and solutions across the global organisation in Product Supply.

We seek a highly skilled, talented and engaged Finance Partner who will have the key responsibility to support PS Business Support and PS People & Organisation within Financial Planning and Reporting. Through ad hoc finance partnering tasks supporting PS Management you will get key insights to the financial agenda of Product Supply. Furthermore, you will take ownership of the financial planning and reporting processes across PS and drive simplification, automation and digitalization together with the rest of the team.

The position
As Finance Partner you will take full responsibility of the financial planning process, monthly reporting and follow up. You will act as a sparring partner for PS Business Support management as well as PS P&O management on financial matters. Therefore, the job will require your ability to manage and support very senior stakeholders in Product Supply. You will deliver ad hoc financial analysis supporting sound decision making. 

 

Your collaboration skills are essential when working closely together with business analysts and finance partners from other areas in Product Supply as well as with our Global Shared Service Centre in Bangalore. Together you will play a key role in driving the finance partner agenda, drive our digital finance journey, optimize and simplify our current processes across Product Supply. 

Qualifications
You have a Master Degree in Finance, International Business, Economy or equivalent and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst, and now you feel ready to take the next step in your career. 

 

You have proven excellent results from your job experience and have a solid understanding of our budgeting process in finance. Accounting is one of your strengths and you know your tools such as SAP R/3, SAP BO and the office suite. Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage but not a strict requirement as it will be part of your training into the job. You are a fast learner with a solution oriented mind set and seen as a team player with a positive attitude towards your job and colleagues. 

 

You are out going, see yourself as an executer who gets the job done on time without compromising the quality in your deliverables. Furthermore, you enjoy working in an informal atmosphere where flexibility and responsibility goes hand in hand. You have strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English is expected.
