Are you currently in the process of finishing your M.Sc./have recently graduated, or are you currently working as an accountant and looking for your next challenge? Then we might have the job for you as Finance Process and internal control Consultant. The position You will become part of a relatively recently established Finance Process and Compliance team. The primary objective for this team is to establish and enforce quality, efficiency and transparency in the finance processes within the William Demant Group. To this end, the team and ultimately this position focus on six areas: Define, support and ensure global finance processes in a global ERP roll-out. Define, support and ensure finance processes in global finance applications (Invoice handling and cost reimbursement) Assist roll-out of financial shared services in Europe. Update and maintain global finance policies. Implement and test of an internal control framework Establish and continuous improve of a global Segregation of Duties setup. This position will in some degree be involved in all of these areas, although with the primary focus on internal controls, finance policies and the finance processes within the global finance applications. Some travelling must be expected in the job, estimated between 30 – 35 days/annually. About you We are open to a recent graduate with good experience from a student job, ideally within finance. You are currently finishing or have recently finished your M.Sc. in a finance or accounting related area. Alternatively, you are an accountant, who is ready to take the next step to the “other side” of the desk. Since you will be working with finance processes, it is important you possess a structured and analytical frame of mind. In addition, the job requires you to interact with multiple stakeholders, and therefore you have an open, confident attitude and communicative strengths.
