The Finance & Legal Team at Falcon.io is looking for a self­-driven Financial Accountant to keep track of our financial transactions and accounts. To accommodate our rapid international expansion and with an aim to strengthen our operational foundation, we need an A-player to become a part of our ambitious team.You will play a significant role in our 10 person young and highly skilled Finance & Legal team, who is responsible for all finance, accounting and compliance operations in our offices located in Copenhagen, New York, Berlin and Budapest. You will be dealing with a broad spectrum of accounting and finance functions. Responsibilities - Bookkeeping for accounts payable and accounts receivable - Payroll bookkeeping - Responsible for bank/accrual reconciliations - Finances, including financial paperwork and filing - Internal approval processes as well as processing invoices, receipts and payments - Month-end processes such as reconciliations and monthly reports Requirements - Extensive knowledge in spreadsheets and common ERP systems - 2-4 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping - Very thorough and detail oriented, maintaining the overview in a fast paced environment, while staying attentive to deadlines - In depth knowledge about the Danish accounting principles - Excellent English written and verbal skills - Service minded with an ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels - Experience with process building and systematic improvements will be a plus - You are a self starter who takes initiative and sees challenges as opportunities to improve What We Offer - High responsibility and excellent career possibilities - Fun, open and multinational working environment - Flexible working hours - Working at a central location in Copenhagen - Lunch, drinks and healthy snacks daily At Falcon, we help employees become active digital thinkers.
