To stay competitive it is imperative that Vestas is dedicated to financial performance, and as our new talented Finance Analyst in Group COO Finance, you will contribute to transforming performance management knowledge into tangible impact for Vestas, enabling accurate guidance for financial and strategic decision making.. Responsibilities Review and challenge BU Budgets and Forecasts Perform various analysis for senior management Drive cross-functional business improvement projects and performance management ensuring efficient and accurate reporting that support senior management decision making Advise, challenge and guide stakeholders with business intelligence, KPI and forecasting Financial analysis including variance reporting, root cause counter measures, opportunity analysis, business cases and compliance Controlling tasks including P/L and balance reporting as well as KPI metrics Qualifications Relevant Master's degree most likely within Finance or Controlling Experience from a finance department in an international company is advantageous Knowledge of Business/Financial controlling within complex environments is preferable Strong analytical & communication skills and fluency in English is a requirement Good Stakeholder Management skills Capable of interacting with senior stakeholders across multiple departments Competencies The successful candidate has the following characteristics: A structured and organized way of working The ability to keep the overview in a hectic and dynamic environment A strong personality and cross-functional mindset Ambitious, proactive, open-minded and self-motivated Reliable, service-minded and result-oriented What we offer We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, dynamic, high performing and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
