That’s where you come in: We’re looking for a Finance Assistant that’s an outgoing, organized self-starter who thinks it is exciting to help the company grow and who loves working with a great team. 

About you: 

-   You have experience as a bookkeeper, finance assistance, or similar 
-   You’re fluent in speaking and writing Danish and English – and comfortable with Swedish. 
-   You’re structured, detail oriented and have a high standard for your work 
-   You thrive working independently, and are also a great team player. 

About the job: 

As part of the Finance Department, you’ll work on many different types of tasks: bookkeeping, invoicing, account balancing, expense reporting, time registration and many other financial and administrative ad-hoc tasks, including correspondence with customers and suppliers. You’ll also help create the important month-end reports for management. You’ll have regular contact with our Swedish subsidiary, and will be responsible for tasks related to the Swedish market and Swedish authorities. This job requires someone who is great at planning and prioritizing, respects the importance of deadlines, and who can concentrate despite many distractions in our open-office plan. And on top of all that, the team requires someone with a great sense of humor who can sometimes even work and laugh at the same time. 

Practical details: 

- Ideally starts in August, but we’re willing to wait for the perfect candidate. 
- Full or part time to be determined with the selected candidate. 
- Application Deadline: August 31. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
