Then join IS Controlling where we are responsible for accounting, budgeting and controlling in and for the division Information Services (IS) which is responsible for all IT services in Grundfos. Moreover, we secure the reporting and financial compliance in IS. You will report to Department Head, Frank Andersen: “The organisation is undergoing major transformation. This puts high requirements on the financial set-up for IS and the ability to control, monitor and explain the financial development. You will embark on a very interesting journey if you are looking for a challenge and to grow professionally,” Frank says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? You will be responsible for accounting tasks for IS as well as project controlling and follow-up on investments. Further, you will do finance reporting for IS including budget follow-up and analysis, and you plan and coordinate the forecast and budget process. You will cooperate with other group functions, auditors, Grundfos Shared Service Center and other Grundfos companies and you will ensure that deadlines are met and coordinated with the rest of the organisation. “Our division operates across several companies with a complex cost structure, and we are undergoing major transformation. The challenge will be to change direction when needed and to be in control of your assignments and prioritise them as you will be part of the transformation,” Frank explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have at least 3 years of controlling and accounting experience– preferably from an international organisation – and you hold an HD-R or an MSc in Business Administration or Auditing. Understanding how to connect figures with the business and hereby contribute to effective controlling is not new to you, and you are able to communicate results and consequences in a way that is easy to comprehend. You are experienced in using Excel, and you communicate well both in written and spoken English. “We are looking to be world-class within finance, and you want to contribute to our ambition.
