Vi har en kunde, som der skal udføres et stykke journalistisk arbejde for.

Projektet har til formål at udbrede og fremme kendskab til kunden og deres aktiviteter inden for projektet, der handler om fremtidens hjem. Målsætningen gælder internt og eksternt i virksomheden.

Opgaven indebærer:
• Idéudvikling/vinkling af relevante historier fra projektet
• Research af historier – f.eks. interview med ansatte og eksterne om projektet mv.
• Produktresearch
• Kernefortælling for kundens deltagelse i projektet.
• Udarbejde PR-plan for hele perioden (hvornår vil vi gerne have historierne ud)
• Afsætning af idéer/historier til eksterne lokal- og specialmedier – inkl. opfølgning
• Produktion af historier til kundens SoMe-kanaler
• Løbende pressekontakt ifm. historier fra projektet – inkl. opfølgning
• Ansvar for at inviterer presse (presseplan) til bl.a. events og pressekonferencer.
• Løbende koordinering og styring af ekstern fotograf til still- og videofotografering
• Rapportering til kunden vedr. presseindsats og -effekt
• Løbende statusmøder
• Leverandøren er desuden selv aktiv i forhold til at finde og udvikle potentielle historier.

Arbejdet udføres som udgangspunkt fra leverandørens adresse. Kan opgaven med fordel løses med fysisk tilstedeværelse på en given adresse, sker dette.

Der er deadline på projektet i oktober, og selv arbejdstiden er fleksibel og en kan vi finde ud af i fællesskab.
