Key Responsibilities You will join our fast-paced and highly competitive tanker chartering team responsible for the day-to-day business and for ensuring successful trading and commercial performance of the fleet. You will have direct and extensive contact with a variety of customers including international oil majors and trading houses. Meeting our clients face to face to build strong and lasting relations is important for the way we do business and you will join this effort, host visits as well as travel to meet our international clients. You evaluate, negotiate and close the deals and we expect you to keep up to date on market conditions and developments. To ensure valid business intelligence and cost efficiency, your tasks will also include updating relevant systems and making suggestions for savings. Based on your sales experience you will assist in identifying, analyzing and developing new business relationships and trading opportunities by proactively interacting with customers and through business intelligence in cooperation with our in-house research and analysis -function. Who we are looking for You are a strong and selfconfident self-starter with a competitive attitude and a proven performance track record within sales or chartering. You might have a freight trading background,commodities background or perhaps a broker background? You know how to make things happen, you have a natural outgoing personality, and you thrive with close contact to customers; you are excellent at building and maintaining strong relations with professional credibility.
