Stibo Systems is currently experiencing an increasing global demand in MDM software, and an ambitious growth strategy has been launched involving large investments in product development. On that note, we are looking for two ambitious frontend developers, who wants to make a noticeable difference with our dedicated team. The development of the software of Generation X is in full process, and we hope you want to join us on this exciting journey.

A position in the Research & Development Department

Stibo Systems R&D Department continuously expands the suite of MDM related products, that a large number of international companies are using today in order to monitor and process information and data on customers, suppliers and products (please watch the video to learn more). Each of these products takes an outset in specific use cases of which many directly involve user interaction with different personas and profiles with the clients.

Your primary job is to develop new and existing web-based applications that support the user interaction so that the user interface is well-designed and easy to use. You will become part of the R&D Department, where we work agilely based on Scrum principles. You will be part of a skilled, diverse team consisting of a Scrum Master, an Architect, Developers, Quality Assurance people, a UX Designer, a Documentarist, and a Product Owner.

On your professional and personal qualifications

Professionally, you have worked with software development through the past years, and you probably have experience from both small and large scale projects. Perhaps you had a predilection for front-end to begin with or it has become a preference over time.

On the technical side, you probably know of many front-end related technologies, such as React.js, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, JSON, XML and more.
It is important that you would like to work with React.js, and it is considered a huge plus if you already have experience with the platform.

A solid educational background in computer science, engineering, PBA or the like is preferred; however, your passion and experience with software development are essentials in order to feel successful in the job.

Personally, you appreciate team work and enjoy working with a Scrum-based approach. You are curious of new tech and like to stay updated on new trends and technologies related to front-end development. Consistency and ambition in relation to the quality of your work define your approach, yet you respect the knowledge and support from your colleagues.
