We are looking for a German speaking customer success manager to maintain our customer and distributor relations on a daily basis and to do first line customer support, sales, and follow-up.
Alert House is a small tech company in strong growth, and we are looking for a German-speaking key account manager to handle communication with our clients in Germany, as well as in English-speaking countries. We develop, manufacture, and sell electronics and software solutions for the pest control industry and the wildlife market. The position requires a well-organized and self-driven person to handle daily operations such as customer care.
Tasks:
- Responsibility for key accounts in Germany and English-speaking countries
- Responsibility for all daily operations related to customer relations and communication
- Responsibility for B2C sales to key accounts.
Core competences:
- German language on a native or bilingual level as well as fluent in English (oral and written)
- Business education or relevant experience
- Technical flair and and interest in tech products
- Experience in sales or customer support.
