German speaking Order Management Assistant, Hørsholm Do you thrive with customer contact and Order Management and would you like to work in an international environment? If so, then we want to hear from you. Summary We are looking for a systematic and service oriented individual to join our Order Management team, which serves our customers throughout Europe. The Order Management team will be physically located in our new European headquarters in Hørsholm and will consist of 10-12 employees in the autumn of 2016. In addition to Order Management, other functions - including research and development, sales, marketing, finance and human resources - will also be represented in this European Headquarters, and we expect to have approximately 125 staff in Hørsholm at the end of the 2016. Major Responsibility Areas • Handling customer inquiries • Receiving, entering and invoicing of customer orders • Daily coordination with customers, our sales organization and supply chain • Maintenance of master data for customers • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of key figures Your qualifications You have a good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with SAP or another ERP system Besides that you are fluent in German and English both written and spoken. In addition, you have the ability to create good contact with the person you are talking to.
