Job Title: Student helper, Global Brand & Partnerships Reports To: Senior Director Brand Experience / Global Brand & Partnerships Manager Based: The position is based in Ballerup Team Purpose: Build brand preference & loyalty by ensuring a consistent, relevant & differentiated customer & user jabra experience. Role Purpose:To support the brand team in all areas of developing a fully consistent and engaging end user experience. Working across both brand strategy; internal and external brand story activation and engagement; involvement in development and execution of global partnerships and building brand loyalty with end users. Impact:Every end user (whether a consumer; call center agent or knowledge worker) should know and feel the same brand through any and every brand interaction. Tasks • Assisting in all day-to-day activities related to brand experience • Development of ideas to help drive internal evangelism and understanding of the brand story • Support in all elements of brand experience, creating an experience across all touch points • Briefing and management of creative agencies on relevant projects • Conducting research and presenting recommendations on building a world class packaging experience • Working together with other key business functions to ensure the whole packaging experience is aligned to the overall brand story • Brand research and user insight development (with insight team). Data mining, trend analysis and recommendations • Brand guardian and support of Internal brand experience – ensure consistent branding and engagement internally • Working with key stakeholders across the marketing organization, ensure that all retail and event experience and branding is aligned to brand story • Production, distribution and management of brand tools and templates • Key contributor to all internal meetings and conferences ensuring internal experience is aligned to the brand • Support of internal recognition and awards program • Helping Identify potential brand partners that can be the ideal partners for the brand at different levels, whether that is a GTM brand extension and reach partner; commercial partner right through to a technical partner. Conducting research and making recommendations • Support of global brand partnership strategy across both consumer and B2B divisions • Support of development & execution of individual partnerships aligned to business and brand objectives • Responsible for supporting the reviewing of any local partnerships to ensure relevancy to strategy Person • Studying a relevant bachelor’s degree and are midway through your studies • Marketing and/or related courses • Can-do attitude and a person who can find new routes to build the brand in all formats • Ability to liaise and manage relationships across all internal stakeholders and provide consistent approach to brand engagement • Excellent general communications skills in English (written, oral & listening).
