Do you have experience with global ERP and CRM roll outs, and do you want to play a key role in bringing way more benefits from being a global player in the industry? If so, here is an opportunity of being part of a truly unique team that over the past couple of years worked intensively on establishing a global operating model across our value chain. We are now ready with a template set of processes and related systems covering our Retail and our Wholesale business, and are in need of a Deployment Manager who can help accelerating the template deployment across the Globe. We are looking for a charismatic high performing team player, who can take Deployment Management all the way from establishing the strategic roadmap to hands on assistance in the intensive weeks when the final preparation for go-live is taking place; involving anything from deploying new business processes, user training, conversion etc. You will be working side-by-side with the Program Director, and be responsible for driving a number of deployment tracks – being very close to the process and the solution. About us The Global IT team delivers core infrastructure, user workplaces, and business applications across all business units in William Demant. You will be part of a large business transformation project which spans across multiple cross-functional teams and across national borders. We have worked intensively on building a state-of-the art solution. This requires a state-of-the art team, and we promise to give you a set of colleagues that are driven by passion and can-do attitude. You will be based in our beautiful headquarters in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen, but are expected to follow the deployment teams to countries in scope. 40-50 days outside Denmark should be expected per year. Your profile You have been working with establishing and deploying enterprise ERP templates the last 7-10 years, and you are driven by a high pace and highly engaged colleagues. You are not afraid of getting your ‘hands dirty’ assisting and coaching the Project Managers when needed – but are capable of keeping the overview of the various active deployment activities. We have built our template on a Microsoft Dynamics platform, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, Dynamics CRM 2015, and Dynamics AX POS. Your experience may stem from other platforms like SAP, Oracle or JDE – as long as you are used to working with an enterprise platform with quite some interdependence complexity. You have a relevant higher education with a commercial focus and your career to date has brought you into a number of different functional areas. You are good at bridging technology, business processes and people – and can talk across all levels in a global company like ours. Your tasks Your focus will be to ensure we as efficient as possible
