Global Change Manager Do you want to influence the success of our strategic initiatives? Do you have a passion for driving changes? We are looking for a global change manager experienced in leading change initiatives. You will drive global, strategic and complex change initiatives within specific projects in close collaboration with a project manager and Line of Business. Although you will be overall responsible for driving the end-to-end change process, you will also be hands-on in executing on concrete deliverables and in developing the change capabilities amongst our leaders. The newly established Change Management Office is placed in HR. You will therefore have an opportunity to influence the establishment of the office. Qualifications • You hold a relevant Master’s degree, and have minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 3 of those related to change management which has given you a strong track record in driving strategic change efforts • You have a solid understanding of what it takes to change people’s behavior, and are skilled in influencing others • You are skilled in coaching, challenging and giving feedback to leaders at all levels • You have solid business understanding and strong analytical skills • You are able to structure multiple tasks and projects running concurrently and, as you will be working in a global setting, you communicate effortlessly in English. You feel at home “on stage”, both as a trainer, a facilitator or a presenter • You have hands on experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (preferably Proci’s change management framework) • You have experience as a project manager • You are a team player and are driven by finding solutions together with others • Finally you are motivated by building new relationships and find it easy to network with others.
