As a key member of the Global Commercial Operations department we are looking for a new colleague that actively contributes to the success of the global CRM strategy. The overall focus will be on supporting the global, regional and local team in driving the adoption of new functionality and expanding the HCPs database.

 

Objectives

The primary focus of the role is global alignment and suitability of the LEO global CRM\MC system, this includes:

  • Support global projects for simplification, capability enablement and standardization of the global CRM set up.
  • First line support to regional CRM manager, supporting the trainings program on CRM & PromoMats and coordinating the implementation of the global HCPs database to ensure the GDPR compliance.
  • At the same time collaborate with global, regional and local BI teams to define and activate KPIs in order to monitor users adoption.

 

Responsibilities

The Global Commercial Operations Analyst will, in collaboration with the Global CRM Manager, support the roll-out of the new CRM in order to increase the adoption and strategic use by stakeholders. Key deliverables are:

  • First line of support for regional CRM manager: LoB support to regional CRM manager \ PromoMats super user in regards to system process.
  • Trainings program on CRM & PromoMats: In collaboration with global and regional colleagues develop training materials and coordinate training sessions to ensure the adoption of Veeva platforms
  • Global HCPs database & GDPR: Support the HCPs database in accordance with the standardization program by ensuring GDPR compliancy.
  • Define KPIs in order to monitor users adoption: Collaborate on defining CRM KPIs to monitor the system adoption and users performance in regards to CLM, AE, Engage and additional functionalities integrated into the CRM.Good knowledge of Veeva CRM as well as Veeva Promomats
  • Project Management practical experience as well as some type of theoretical background
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as affiliate or regional CRM manager
  • Proven language skills: High level of English is mandatory; Danish is useful in a HQ position; additional languages are a plus.
  • Multicultural agility is required; experience from a multinational environment is a plus.

Qualifications and experience

To take on this role successfully we expect you to hold a diploma or bachelor degree in Business Administration/Organization Engineering, and 2 years of experience in a similar position in addition to:

  • Good knowledge of Veeva CRM as well as Veeva Promomats
  • Project Management practical experience as well as some type of theoretical background
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as affiliate or regional CRM manager
  • Proven language skills: High level of English is mandatory; Danish is useful in a HQ position; additional languages are a plus.
  • Multicultural agility is required; experience from a multinational environment is a plus.

Commercial Operations is part of Global Commercial Affairs and Excellence, it´s known for having a warm and open work environment where there is always a possibility for those who dare to make an impact and wants to grow their career. This position leaves you with a large group of stakeholders across the organization, and you will be a key go-to-person in securing the implementation and further development of becoming a CRM provider. You will get the opportunity to set the agenda and optimize the processes and collaborations that are still being developed at this moment.

This position is based out of Ballerup, but you will be working in a truly global environment.
