Global Communications Specialist, Supply Operations, Bagsværd In Supply Operations Communications we reach half of Novozymes’ employees with our communication, among those production workers around the world who do not speak our corporate language nor use e-mails regularly in their daily work. As a Global Communications Specialist you will have a broad range of assignments within communication. You will support the development of a communication strategy and core messages for Supply Operations Management team. You will transform the strategy into a communication plan and ensure deployment of messages in Supply Operations. You will be responsible for driving communication campaigns and initiatives and communicating messages in writing and by visualization. You will update and continuously develop the Supply Operations’ channels (e.g. articles at the intranet, info boards, bulletin boards, and e-mail newsletters). We work in an international working environment with daily contact with colleagues in e.g. the US, China and Brazil. Our corporate language is English. In this position you need to have: Master’s degree or equivalent in e.g. communication or business administration Solid business understanding and at least three years of experience within internal strategic communication from an international environment The role requires combining strategic insight with quick tactical execution, detailed planning and strong communication skills Documented high-level writing, including ability to convert key-messages into communication versioned for different audiences and channels.
