Are you capable of developing and implementing global C&B strategy? We are looking for a competent and experienced global compensation & benefits (C&B) specialist with manager potential to take the lead on driving the Global C&B agenda in a complex, global organization. The position is new and you will become part of a professional team of three C&B and Mobility experts who serve Topsoe Group world-wide. The position reports to the GM Compensation, Admin. Services & Mobility (GM CA&M). The job is based in our Danish HQ in Lyngby, Copenhagen. You will need to have a strong eye for aligning and getting synergies out of existing HR programs and systems. To obtain this, you will need to work closely together with colleagues in our (Group) C&B and Mobility unit based in Copenhagen as well as with HR Managers across the organization to ensure compliance and efficient operation of the reward programs. Your responsibilities Your primary focus will be to: - Develop, implement, and anchor the C&B strategy to the global organization to support Topsoe’s business strategy, including the global HR strategy On an on-going basis develop and implement incentive programs on a global scale - Review existing benefit structure – are we using the best in market? - Establish C&B best practice – ensure anchoring and commitment in general (policies, guidelines, etc.) - Drive salary and performance reward reviews, benefits, market data/knowledge processes, etc. - Support the annual processes related to the salary review and bonus cycles by performing research, analysis, quality checks, reports, preparation of timelines, guidelines, and communications - Prepare salary and benefits statistics for different stakeholders and keeping the C&B databases up to date - Ensure a proper and up to date documentation within Topsoe HR network and being the first level of support for local HR Managers regarding C&B process administration - Participate in evaluation of positions with job documentation, preparing, and maintaining position job descriptions, ensuring database administrations - Prepare communication materials and training kits related to C&B - Support Topsoe C&B teams projects (specific analysis, job pricings, job documentation gathering). The responsibilities in the position also include (directly or through the assistance of others): - Working with relevant stakeholders in a pro-active manner (other HRM’s, line managers, Payroll, Finance, Legal, etc.) - Handling employee questions about their terms & conditions before, during, and after employment - Assisting with further development and refinement of adequate templates and policies - Liaising with hiring managers, responsible HR business partners, and the Global Mobility team. You - Work systematicallyHave a high level of discipline and accuracy in handling data - Provide support with a smile, are responsive, and pro-active - Are a strong communicator and will have daily contact with other HR colleagues, line managers, and executives - Are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Have cultural awareness and are able to work well with all levels in the organization - Have a high level of discretion and trust and are able to work independently and autonomously. You are capable of developing new policies as well as optimizing existing processes and systems. Accordingly, you will need (extraordinarily) good stakeholder management and communication skills in order to implement your initiatives in a complex matrix organization. As you will encounter needs and requests that differ in both urgency and significance, you will need to have a balanced combination of a good sense of humor, flexibility, and persistence.
