Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Global CRM Consultant, who will act as CRM business consultant to ensure that the CRM initiatives in Danfoss Cooling are in accordance with our CRM strategy and create tangible value for the sales organization. As our CRM consultant, you will be part of driving the implementation of CRM in our sales and marketing organization globally – this entails both sales companies as well as factories. You will take part in ensuring that our global CRM processes fulfill customer requirements and business needs, driving the development of our CRM system together with our sales, corporate functions and other segments – from blueprint and testing to implementation.
 
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably from an international organization, combined with solid project and change management skills and a deep knowledge of “salesforce.com”.
 
Additionally, you need:

• Experience in conducting and facilitating training in CRM system and processes.
• Curiosity in gathering knowledge and input of sales needs
• Proficient in process design and problem solving.
• Stakeholders management and conflict management skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English.
