We are looking for a new colleague to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role you will influence the way Novo Nordisk is addressing our external stakeholders from patients to health care professionals through innovative digital marketing initiatives. About the department The Digital Marketing department is anchored under Commercial Operations in Global Marketing. We are 12 dedicated digital marketers working on implementing the Global Marketing digital strategy across the organisation. The team consists of digital consultants and project specialists and we service Marketing, Medical Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement with key digital marketing activities and strategic digital advice. We also support the digital promotional activities of Novo Nordisk as well as providing processes to drive digital promotional activities from Global Marketing in Denmark to local offices around the world. As many of our stakeholders are abroad, you can expect some travel. The position You will be part of the digital partner team supporting our key stakeholders in and outside Denmark, towards the global brand teams and digital agencies. You will be responsible for implementing and driving digital excellence as well as ensuring that expectations are aligned with the global to local business ambition. Furthermore, you will participate in projects for how Novo Nordisk will address key stakeholders. You will drive organisational change management activities and ensure good stakeholder management, where the key to success is to secure better practice, driving alignment and improve promotional content production across the product portfolio and key markets hence the working environment is international and global. An integral part of your role will be to define best practice and help structure, communicate and implement those with the Global Marketing brand teams. Furhermore, you will support, coach and mentor teams on various digital areas including interactive detail aids, external websites, mobile, paid media, and analytics. You will be part of defining the global multichannel marketing strategy and support in defining a digital marketing roadmap, testing new concepts and ensuring campaigns deliver a return on investment. Qualifications You hold M.Sc. or equivalent. You have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably pharma, and a passion for marketing and digital activities. You are fun/out-going, positive and have a creative personality. You engage your stakeholders and ensure collaboration with a variety of personality types. You are up to date with everything digital and have a personal passion for learning and sharing your knowledge with colleagues. You enjoy working across business, sales, marketing and functions at all levels and operate comfortably in a virtual environment. You are known for strategic problem solving and ‘out of the box thinking’ but not afraid to get involved with the details. You strive to make a difference in your daily work and use your skills to guide your stakeholders in a complex, diverse and global environment.
