Location Valby Organization Name Human Resources Professional Area Human Resources Department Description To invest further in our people and organizational development and growth we are looking for Global HR Business Partner – Product Companies Division, FLSmidth A/S Brief Description As Global HR Business Partner you are working together with a Managing Director for a Business Unit and the management team to ensure our competence and performance for the future business needs. You are working closely with the business owners as well as you are a big contributor to our divisional People agenda. Detailed Description Your main assignment contains: Division: · Contribute into the Product Companies Division People Strategy to identify and drive common people synergies and investments · Be a part of the Divisional HR network · Contribute and drive common divisional (or Group) activities like initiatives within talent, assessments, performance management and common capability building activities Business Unit: · Support in clarification and implementation of organizational structures, new profiles, role expectations and KPI´s · Drive identification of markets for sourcing of talent and support build up of internal and external talent pipeline · Identification of critical positions · Ensure development plans for all talents and critical people · Responsible for Organizational and People Review for the Business Unit · Responsible to drive Critical Competence Mappings · In alignment with group and division, create and implement "one page" People Strategy for the Business Unit · Be the link between the Business Unit and local HR country organization supporting both sides best performance. This to ensure Business Units best business performance and best input towards local HR for local activity needs · Based on the competence gaps support with specific learning activities · Part of the BU Management Team Job Requirements Knowledge/Experience: · High business understanding. Experience from a business role is preferred · 5-7 years of experience from role within organizational development, performance, talent · Preferred experience also from wide HR role · Experience from assessments and performance calibrations · Testing tool license are an advantage · Experience from driving workshops and training activities · Experience from driving organizational changes · Education background from HR, Organizational Development, Psychology or similar · Experience from driving and implementing projects in a complex business environment · Experience from international business environment · Experience from a multicultural matrix organization is an advantage · Very good communication level in English · Possibility to travel 50-70 days/ year Capabilities/Motivation: · Strong leadership with ability to inspire and drive a change · Strong business mindset · Analytical skills and the ability to overview complex situations · Good communication and influencing skills · Enjoy challenges and has persistent attitude towards making things better · Ability to build trust and relationships across all levels within an organization · Have energy and drive to make things happen · Is focusing on driving excellence and execution You report to VP HR for Product Company Division.
