Do you want to be part of the implementation and continuous development of a brand-new IT landscape comprising Dynamics AX Solution, Salesforce (CRM, Partner Portal, B2B shop, LMS), Sitecore, InRiver and EDI?

You will therefore be a key person in the IT landscape of one of Denmark´s biggest companies while at the same time being in a company where entrepreneurial spirit and agility are vital.
Drive a new IT setup with global reach
We have already started the journey of enhancing our current IT landscape significantly. You can now drive this dynamic process of implementation and the development moving forward.
Key to your success is your ability to listen to and act on business needs from different departments and secure that our IT systems reflect these needs in an efficient, user-friendly and homogenized way.
You will contribute on both strategic as well as on a tactical level. You will be able to draw on expertise and operational support from our global IT group at our parent company Demant.
Key tasks in the role include:
- Continuous development and improvement of the IT landscape
- Establishing the IT governance at Sennheiser Communications
- Building and establishing the new IT support setup for Sennheiser Communications
- Coordinating smaller projects and enhancements to existing setup
- Ensuring completion of the ERP implementation
- Focusing on solution usability and continuous improvement of the setup
- Approximately 30-40 travel days a year
Your Profile
In this job, you need to be very good at listening to the business needs of different customers and at implementing them through others. Your drive, business acumen, and project management skills are therefore of outmost importance to us.
We also imagine you to have:
- Professional IT background with broad experience from 8-10 years with IT from management, projects or consulting
- General experience with standard application development, including ERP, CRM, Web
- General experience with IT infrastructure and operations
- Strong communications skills and ability to work with all levels in the organization on local and global level
- As a person you have an outgoing personality and the desire to work independently, structuring your everyday work. You should display diplomacy and know how to navigate and organize governance.
