- Administrative - Denmark - Søborg Are you the new Global Market Access Coordinator in the HEOR Insulin department in Market Access? The position is a unique opportunity to be part of Market Access which is increasingly important for the commercial success of new products in the pharmaceutical industry. About the department The HEOR Insulin department is an international, high performing team in Søborg, Denmark responsible for generating health economic and patient reported outcome for Novo Nordisk’s pipeline and launched brands. This position will support a core team of health economic specialists. The evidence we generate is published in peer reviewed publications, presented at scientific meetings, and communicated globally in support of market access and reinforcing cost-effectiveness. The job As a Global Market Access Coordinator you are offered a challenging and exciting position in Market Access supporting the HEOR Insulin department ranging from administrative to project-oriented tasks. Your tasks include support to the Director with e.g. budget management, travel arrangements, concur reporting, calendar coordination, minutes taking and follow up on actions, handling of various HR related, and various ad hoc tasks. You ensure that the department documentation is maintained in compliance with Novo Nordisk standards. Additionally, you will have a supporting role for your team members helping with coordination and logistics on different projects, i.e. internal communication, meetings, contracts and web activities. You will also be involved in Advisory Boards where the HCP rules are important to follow. In terms of budget management, you will be responsible for the department Line of Business budget and project budget, where it is your responsibility to follow up on the budget, do monthly reporting and plan the anchor budget (AB) and rolling estimates (RE) in close collaboration with the CVP Assistant and Finance. You will be a part of an Administration team of 5 people with a close working relationship and you are encouraged to seek broad organisational collaboration in your daily work. Qualifications You have a relevant administrative education, hold a bachelor degree or similar. You have 3+ years of experience from a similar job position working with administrative processes of various kinds; strong budget planning/follow up experiences are important and you are confident working in SAP. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the Quality & Compliance workflow, understands the HR process and enjoy working with different stakeholders in Headquarter, affiliates and external vendors. You also demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. You have strong organisational, proactive and coordination planning skills and you have the ability to prioritise and deliver high quality results in a professional manner. The team is looking for a person who is enthusiastic, engaged, and possesses a good business understanding. You are service-minded, have a can-do attitude, enjoy working under tight deadlines. You can work independently, are able to prioritise as well as organise own work accordingly and carry out tasks systematically. You strive to find solutions to challenges at hand, and you collaborate with others and share information. You have a good sense of diplomacy and know how to handle matters of high sensitivity.
