You will be responsible for development and implementation of global customer marketing programmes, strengthening our relationship with our customers through engagement and interaction. With more than 60 sales companies around the world, your work takes a truly global scope as you shed light on the value of the customer marketing programmes across cultures and markets. Essentially, your programmes aim to attract new and existing customers, inviting them into long-term business relationships as brand ambassadors, where we nurture the relationship to increase customer satisfaction. “Your challenge will be to develop and implement a number of customer marketing programmes. One of the ways to do this is by making the value creation through customer engagement visible. And you will be doing so on a global scale with 19,000 colleagues across the matrix organization we call Grundfos. Your stakeholder management and communication skills will really be tested,” Jacob says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You hold a master’s degree combined with solid experience and a proven track record in working with relationship programmes and digital, databased marketing. Moreover, you have good experience in developing, managing and implementing initiatives to achieve successful implementations in a global organization, selling the message and negotiating on a senior level. With a proven track record of achieving business results through others, you have solid leadership experience and a strong ability within business coaching, people management and change management. You speak and write English fluently. “It is essential that you possess a high drive and are not afraid to work hands-on and be proactive in your efforts.
