For our Master Data team in the Manufacturing & Supply Chain/Logistics department in Service Wind Power we are looking for a Global Master Data Process Specialist to conceptualize, develop and roll out our Master Data processes on a global scale. What are my responsibilities? As a Global Master Data Process Specialist your main tasks will be: Define and conceptualize processes for the use and handling of master data Conduct process descriptions and secure documentation of both new and existing master data processes Facilitate a global development and alignment of processes with relevant stakeholders Mapping of available and desired data Make suggestions for continuous improvement of the processes for master data creation and maintenance Ensure Siemens practices and corporate policies are implemented in coordination with our regional counterparts Up to 20 days of travelling per year must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a solid technical understanding and are highly experienced with change management processes, including the design, description and roll-out of different processes. Preferably you also have experience from working with master data, SAP or other ERP systems. You are an independent person with the ability to challenge processes and come up with innovative suggestions for improvement. You are outgoing and find it easy to communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels in a large and multicultural organization. Furthermore you are great motivator and instructor when it comes to training and engaging others in new processes. As you will be cooperating with colleagues in different regions it is very important that you are fluent in English, orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
