For our Global Material Planning team we are looking for a Global Master Planner to conceptualize and roll out all processes related to our Global Material Planning and Forecasting. As the Global Master Planner you will be responsible for the anchoring and further development of existing processes, documentation of new processes to be implemented worldwide. What are my responsibilities? As a Global Master Planner you will have the responsibility for maintaining global overview of needed materials according to forecast and drive: Define global material planning and forecasting process and system template as well as securing global roll-out plan Secure documentation of all the material planning and forecasting processes Facilitate a global development and alignment of material planning and forecasting processes Secure monitoring of forecast accuracy and providing business with corrective actions creation of monthly forecasting reports What do I need to qualify for this job? You have several years of experience from a planning function, dealing with a variety of commodities/categories in a large multinational company (preferably from a service business) You are used to define and improve business-related processes, and it feels natural for you to take the lead in implementing these You take a long term perspective and plan accordingly, and you are structured and pragmatic in your way of dealing with issues and everyday problems. You have strong MS Office and SAP capabilities, i.e. you are familiar with macros, pivot tables and VBA in Excel, and charts / reports in SAP. You have the ability to communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels in a large and multicultural organization. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
