With the continous M&A agenda and the growing focus on capablities in Nets we see an increasing need for working more structured with our employee mobility. We see an increasing need not only for international hires but also international assignments within the Nets group, and we need an experienced global mobility resource to lead this work in Nets.

 

At the same time we look to strengthen our small Rewards team with a profile that can contribute to various areas of the Rewards palette, i.e. job evaluations, benchmarking, salary adjustment, short term incentives, share programmes and employee benefits.

 

Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Global Mobility & Rewards Specialist to join our global Rewards team.

 

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• To define and implement Nets Global Mobility Policy
• To be the lead coordinator on global mobility between leaders, HR Directors and our Talent Attraction team
• To be the one point of contact towards our global mobility vendors on e.g. tax and relocation services
• To ensure efficient coordination on global mobility with our HR Shared Service team

 

Depending on your profile you will work with and sometimes lead various Rewards processes or projects, within e.g. job evaluations, benchmarking, salary adjustment, short term incentives, share programmes and employee benefits

We rely on each other and we strive to play each other good not only within our small Rewards team and in HR but but not least when engaging with our colleagues in the wider Nets in order to bring value adding HR services to the business.

 

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• Several years of experience working with global mobility in one or more international companies
• Experience working with other areas of the Rewards palette, e.g. job evaluations, benchmarking, salary adjustment, short term incentives, share programmes and employee benefits
• Knowledge of or experience with personal tax and social security in different countries and the potential complexities deriving from that
• Experince working with external vendors, e.g. contract negotiations, stakeholder management
• Master in Business, Economics, Law or similar, but not decisive if relevant experience is in place
