Would you like to work with brand and communications within a global context? Have you demonstrated the ability to create and manage content for high traffic websites and online channels? Translate the brand and online strategy into engaging, targeted and integrated content The overall focus for us as a department is to grow LEGO Education’s global brand position and awareness through the channels owned by Brand and Communications (e.g. web, community, social media, internal communication channels). In this position you will continue to develop the governance model for managing online content lifecycle. Across LEGO Education websites and other Brand and Communications online channels your responsibilities will include: Implement global process and coordinate workflows to manage online content lifecycle. Co-create and edit online content and coordinate translation/localization, publication and re-purposing of online content. Create global content plan and secure execution, coordinated across markets, for LEGO Education websites integrated with e-Commerce in collaboration with portfolio teams, marketing planning staff and web and e-Commerce teams in the markets. Ensure online content is optimized for search and meets communications and performance objectives. Work with PR, Social Media and Community to develop integrated content plans for online channels. In this position, you will be challenged on your ability to implement content with a robust taxonomy as well as organize our messages and content across multiple segments, markets and channels in a way that is consistent and effective for building a global brand. You will further strengthen your stakeholder and project management competences. The global nature of your position takes you travelling approximately 10 days per year. Creation and management of online content with strong SEO experience and skills To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Have a minimum of two-four years of experience in multichannel online content creation (marketing, publishing, journalism, etc.) - preferably in B2B environment or you have agency management experience. Have a solid background in working with web content management systems (e.g. Sitecore), social media tools, photo editing software and office software. Are able to manage content and production for high traffic websites with copywriting abilities to transform academic and technical jargon into clear, compelling and targeted content. The right candidate has a collaborative mindset and experience coordinating multiple tasks with tight deadlines and a willingness to make use of latest platforms. Hold a Bachelor’s or preferably a Masters’ Degree in Online Journalism, Information Science, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant similar education. Have excellent writing and editorial skills and you speak and write English proficiently. German and/or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
