Global Pricing Manager to work with end-to-end pricing processes

Do you have solid pricing or brand knowledge, accumulated through several years of working with market pricing, brand management or similar? Would you like to have responsibility for setting pricing strategies and driving an end-to-end pricing process as a valued partner across the LEGO Group? Join our Global Pricing team Working as Pricing Manager in the Global Pricing team, you will have an end-to-end focus, driving pricing all the way from product development to final market pricing. Along the process, you will be ensuring a holistic, analytical view of pricing that takes financial, commercial and shopper insights into consideration. You will be part of a team that have the global responsibility of driving pricing processes, setting strategies, building insights, and in general ensuring pricing excellence across the LEGO Group. Your responsibilities will be to: Work with brand organisations in designated markets, where you drive pricing from target setting to final price on launch Collaborate with product development teams, to set the right pricing strategy and structure Function as a valued adding business partner in the price setting processes Proactively support pricing system compliance and optimisation across the LEGO Group, e.g. by developing workshops, training material and system optimization Participate in and drive cross organisational projects that aim at building strong shopper insights Join a connected community In the Global Pricing team - as in the LEGO Group - you will be part of a supportive, collaborative network and team structure where dialogue is a key to success. Analytically and commercially minded The position requires you to have a combination of analytical mind-set and commercial understanding that enables you to apply insights as well as take a broader perspective commercially. You possess the drive needed to work towards a goal and create the desired results. Further, thinking holistically, you can spot, analyse and balance customer needs with the needs of the LEGO Group.
