Join a key player in the cement and minerals industry
At FLSmidth, we work to provide the cement and minerals industries with innovative know-how and technology. This includes products both locally implemented on the plants as well as on the cloud platform.
You will join our HQ in Copenhagen where you will be surrounded by engineers, fellow global product line managers and other specialists dedicated to managing and further developing our product categories.
Evolve an emerging product line with us
In this role, you will focus on unmanned operations: the advanced automation of material handling and transportation processes such as ship loading through stacking and reclaiming. Your mission will be to ensure that our products adhere to our safety and sustainability agenda and that they remain competitive and relevant to our customers within the cement and minerals industries.
To accomplish this, you will work to drive the development, commercialisation and standardisation of our unmanned product portfolio, including 3D laser scanners and RTK-GNSS technology. Specifically, you will:
- Travel up to 90 days per year to meet with colleagues, partners and other stakeholder to gain relevant market and competitor intelligence information
- Create the right plans and business models for the product lines as well as go-to-market strategies for each region
- Track market performance and use this to help develop, maintain or discontinue our solutions
- Interact with and support R&D, Sales and others to make value propositions, build pricing concepts, pricelists and cost databases and develop marketing plans and sales strategies

There is more than one path to this position. What we are looking for is the skills and creativity to build innovative business models, a team-oriented and communicative spirit and:
- Technical knowledge of industrial machinery – preferably related to unmanned/automated operations
- Extensive experience with product management – an educational background within the field of business and product management would be of great advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
