We are seeking an ambitious Global Product Manager with marketing expertise and strong analytical and communication skills to join the Global Victoza® Brand Team. About the department The Victoza® Brand Team is part of the GLP-1 Portfolio CVP area in Global Marketing. The brand team is responsible for leading the global brand strategy and promotional deliverables. We strive to add maximum value to our affiliates in everything that we do. It is a very driven, team-oriented and international environment. The job As Global Product Manager you are offered a unique, challenging and diverse position in the Victoza® Global Brand Team. You will be involved in a number of value-adding tasks within the brand team and a “can-do” attitude, with a focus on strong team work, is a must! In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy Lead to analyse monthly market dynamics that feed directly into the development of the 2-year strategic plan. You will also liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the commercialization perspective is included in the generation of key market insights that form an important component of the strategic plan. Additionally, to complete the strategic planning cycle, you will responsible for leading the Affiliate Marketing Plan process for the upcoming promotional year. Some of your tasks will also involve close contact with Victoza® affiliates where you will be required to have the ability to conduct market analysis and provide direction to ensure that our affiliates are kept informed of strategic developments and activities. You will work very closely with relevant functions across Global Marketing. Qualifications You have at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience within the pharmaceutical industry and have a strong track record of success. Furthermore, solid diabetes and medical understanding is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills are required. You have an excellent command of written and spoken English with the ability to communicate complex matters in a simple and compelling way. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams with many stakeholders. Enterprising and result-oriented, you have a high level of drive. You are analytical, structured, and comfortable working both as part of a team and independently with responsibility for your own tasks. The ideal candidate has an international mind-set and experience from a region/business area/affiliate. You hold an academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medicine or other relevant degree.
