About the department We are seeking an engaged and dedicated Global Product Manager to join the ‘Faster-acting insulin aspart’ team. The team drives the marketing preparations and launch execution for ‘Faster-acting insulin aspart’ - the successor to NovoRapid® - the best-selling brand in Novo Nordisk. We are a lean and highly engaged team working in close collaboration with colleagues in key affiliates and regions. The job The focus for the position is delivery of the pre-launch work required to secure a successful launch of ‘Faster-acting insulin aspart’. The Global Product Manager becomes part of a fast moving team and will be an important contributor to the implementation of pre-launch marketing activities (positioning, messaging, creative etc.). The Global Product Manager will be part of developing marketing tactics and materials in close collaboration with amongst other Global Medical Affairs, Market Access and affiliates. This includes development of disease awareness plans, the core promotional pack and training materials. Being part of the ‘Faster-acting insulin aspart’ team will develop your business understanding, give international and management exposure along with the many learnings of being directly involved in a strategic launch. Qualifications To master the job as Global Product Manager you have a deep understanding and profound interest in brand marketing. You are creative and possess strong project management skills. You have a deep understanding of how marketing materials can be executed to maximize the value for the brand. You hold a Master’s Degree in marketing, business administration, management or the like and experience in past successful launches will be an added advantage. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams with many stakeholders. You have a high level of drive and are motivated by seeing the implementation and results of your work. You are analytical, structured and are comfortable working both as part of a team and independently with responsibility for your own tasks.
