- Marketing - Denmark - Søborg Novo Nordisk is recruiting a Global Product Manager to join the Modern Insulin & Devices team in the Company Headquarters outside of Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to work for a world leader in diabetes care and help improve the lives of people with diabetes worldwide. About the department You will be part of a highly skilled, passionate and high performing team of Global Product Managers reporting to the Global Marketing Director for Devices. We work towards making our devices the most preferred in the market by providing commercial and strategic input to device development projects and securing that the devices we have on the market have a strong promotional platform. The job You will be responsible for the life cycle brand management of a range of devices that every day are making a difference for millions of people with diabetes. You will develop the marketing strategy for these brands and bring it to life through strong execution. You will identify opportunities that can differentiate our devices in a competitive market and help drive business. You will get a holistic understanding of all tasks and processes related to brand management in Novo Nordisk and will work in close liaison with key affiliates and other headquarter functions such as Global Marketing Brand Teams, Product Supply and Medical Affairs. In essence, this is a job with a high degree of independence and where results are achieved through collaborations with stakeholders. Qualifications You hold a Masters degree in business, economics or similar, and have three-five years of commercial experience, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry within diabetes. You are ambitious and have a structured mind-set. You possess strong strategic and analytical skills and excel at engaging and impacting a variety of stakeholders on a global level in a large organisation. You work independently and like to operate at both the strategic and tactical level. You are a great communicator, and enjoy creating strong promotional materials all the way from identifying the claims to reaching the final result through strong creative execution. The position also requires that you have an ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks across company functions while being able to strictly prioritise and have a proven track record as a strong team player.
