The AQT90 FLEX is our immunoassay instrument and represents a business that has continuously delivered double-digit growth over the past years and where we need you to help drive the success from a marketing perspective.

You should apply for this role if you have:
• Experience with Marketing from the Pharma or Medical Device industry
• 3-5 years of experience related to Product Management or Clinically related marketing activities in the Healthcare Business 
• Experience from driving marketing activities from headquarters, regional or subsidiary
• Experience in leading global marketing projects involving many stakeholders
• Experience with lead generating from online activities
• Knowledge of acute care medicine (Emergency Departments or Intensive Care) is an advantage
Travelling is required up to 15-20 % of your time.

Scope of the role
You report directly to Senior Global Marketing Manager, Birgit Olsen, who manages a small team of you and another Product Manager. You can look forward to taking responsibility for your own product areas within Infection and Coagulation Markers and work in close collaboration with the rest of the Immunoassay Marketing team that covers both New Product Development and Commercial Product Management. You can also expect to have broad interaction with other in house functions like Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and AQT R&D as well as with our local sales companies.

Building Medical Claims and fighting Sepsis
Working with Marketing in the Immunoassay area is an interesting challenge because of the complexity in customer needs across many stakeholders from the emergency department to the laboratory. 

This makes our positioning on the market and value propositions more challenging. We have a lot to offer since multidrug resistance in bacteria and Sepsis as healthcare challenges are growing in awareness and our technology can be part of the solution to aid in the diagnosis.

Your responsibilities summed up:
• Take the branding of Radiometer within the area of Sepsis to the next level
• Close collaboration with our New Product Development team to ensure right customer insight early in the development phase
• Drive marketing project across different departments & in close cooperation with local sales companies
• Day to day product management of the IA business with special focus on our sepsis, infection and coagulation markers
• Reporting and follow-up on performance at different management forums
• Handle product management request from local sales companies

Qualifications

You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Commercial Engineering. This combined with the following increases your chances of success in the job:
