In the position of Global Product Manager you will be instrumental to strengthening and growing Radiometer’s position in the market place. As Global Product Manager, you will be a part of the Commercial Product Management team in Blood Gas. You will own and drive the commercialization of Radiometer’s new blood gas products and drive growth on existing blood gas products. You will be responsible for up-stream and down-stream marketing activities to secure successful launch and roll-out of new products as well as drive growth on existing product lines via appropriate marketing programs. The work includes tight collaboration with the New Product Management team during the commercialization stages of the product development process and towards the sales organization to device the optimal go to market strategy. Your internal key points of contact in daily work are Clinical and Scientific Affairs, MarCom, Training, Technical Support and Sales Organization. Travel activity of more than 20 per cent is to be expected. The job To become successful, you must work well with a number of stakeholders and be able to effectively manage comprehensive launch projects with timely delivery. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Lead cross-functional project teams for marketing initiatives to meet business and revenue goals •Define and oversee the strategy, development and execution of product launches, marketing activities and campaigns •Develop go-to-market plans including segmentation, value proposition and pricing •Partner with Sales Organization to define positioning and messaging and to secure commercial success of product launches and marketing initiatives •Conduct VOC (Voice Of Customer) to develop insight and acceptance on value proposition and messaging •Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and developing appropriate promotional tools and training programs in support of key marketing activities •Monitor and analyze revenue data and sales KPIs •Liaise with Supply Chain and Sales Organization on production forecast •Day-to-day interaction with the Sales Organization on product-related questions and marketing programs Qualifications "Constructive Diversity" is one of our core values, and we believe that human diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment.
