Description IT Solutions – Combine your software and marketing skills Wanted: A software product manager with 2+ years of experience to join our Marketing team You should be someone who enjoys a good technical discussion with R&D – while being able to convince sales to sell software solutions. The job The Global Product Manager for IT Solutions will be responsible for owning and driving the commercialization of Radiometer’s latest IT/software solutions.Software solutions at point of care (POC) in a hospital drive sales of POC medical devices and are increasingly becoming sources of revenue independent of the vendor. In addition, software is also enabling point of care vendors, such as Radiometer, to offer new and unique services to customers to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will: •Manage the portfolio, roadmap, innovation index, and all phases of product management for specific products •Develop deep understanding of the needs of current and target customers through quantitative and qualitative Voice of Customer •Prioritize product enhancements and customer requests by making smart, decisive trade-offs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment •Collaborate with other functions leaders (Sales, R&D, and Service) to create the content and tools needed to successfully sell, implement and service the product. •Assist in pricing models based on customer value (ROI/NPV) analysis •Develop an understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment •Act as technical, operational and commercial advisor for assigned products •Develop a multi-year product road map based on criteria and structure for requirements prioritization Qualifications "Constructive Diversity" is one of our core values, and we believe that human diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment.
